Business process automation

First we find where the time goes, then we automate what genuinely costs money.

  • Quotes and contracts
  • Invoicing and financial reporting
  • Connecting systems: ERP, CRM, online shop
  • Custom internal applications

When this is for you

  • The same data is typed into three places, and looks different in each.
  • Quoting runs on spreadsheets, and every quote lives in one person head.
  • The monthly report takes two days to assemble and is out of date once finished.
  • Two systems do not talk to each other, and people fill the gap by hand.

How I work

Assessment before development

We go through which step takes how long and what it costs. Anything cheaper by hand stays manual.

The highest return first

We do not turn the company upside down. We start with one process that pays for itself and build from there.

Off-the-shelf or custom

If a good tool exists, we connect it. If not, I build it. Cost decides, not fashion.

Handover and training

The team will use it rather than fear it. Delivered with documentation and training.

How I work

Four steps, no guesswork.

  1. 01 Assessment We go through how things work today. Without it, everything is a guess.
  2. 02 Proposal A concrete solution with a deadline and a price, written in plain language.
  3. 03 Delivery I build it, roll it out, and teach the team to use it.
  4. 04 Operation The relationship continues: maintenance, development, compliance.

Common questions

Do I have to replace my current systems?

Usually not. Connecting what is already in place is normally cheaper than replacing everything.

How much can this save?

It depends on the process. The assessment exists precisely to put a number on it before anything is built.

What happens when it breaks?

The same as with any system: there is someone to call. Operation is part of the service.

Services

Inside a company these three are connected.

With three different suppliers, the gaps between them are yours to patch. That is the cost that never appears in any quote.
